The Customer Defines the Value of Innovation

In this YouTube video, Henry Chesbrough argues shares his insights on the statement “ultimately, it is the customer who .” The project Value Driven (VDSI) is a research collaboration among BI Norwegian , University of California Berkeley and the University of Oxford, Saïd . The main results of this research project will be the publication of two new books within the field of service innovation, outlining both the model for service innovation as well as conversations with the leading thinkers and practitioners within the field.
